Issue: Uploading a new avatar. Did not put an extension at the end of the filename in the "New Name" box, and the above screenshot happened. (Not sure if this is a bug or something I dorked up on my end by not paying attention to instructions somewhere.) Went back and added a .png and it went through fine.
