Brief Background: When Rah'bel was 18, she had a friend who was declared guilty for a murder he didn't commit. She was willing to testify, but was turned down. When she tried to vent to her frustration to her parents who were extreme supporters of the royal family, she was labeled a rebel and kicked out. She became a member of the Defiant Dragons shortly after. 2 years later, the government was catching on to her being a rebel so she decides to move to the US. Dhurke realizes that Apollo has to go with her as he had said he wanted to be a defense attorney.
Brief Physical Description: 5'10", gray eyes, black hair. Constantly has an unlit cigarette in her mouth (She receives the occasional dirty look, especially when she was taking care of Apollo). Cut her hair short after she moved to the states.
Brief Personality Description: Very protective of Apollo as he's the only family she has. Hates when people criticize the way she raised him, and will kindly do everything she can to make them seem as stupid as possible. When she makes a decision, she sticks to it. Doesn't trust people easily. Very good at arguing.
