Occupation: Paralegal (DL-6 era) then State Prosecutor


Brief Physical Description:
Orange hair and has a hat. When she was a paralegal she wore a casual business suit with a green shirt but now she's a prosecutor she's in a fitted pantsuit with a smart dark and teal theme, kind of Robin Hood style.


Brief Personality Description:
Kind-hearted and a bit of a joker kind of like she doesn't take things seriously.

When she was a paralegal working for Edgeworth Law Offices, her niceness worked out because she's good with emotional clients and she teased Gregory (Greg) about little Miles growing up with a long face just like his dad.

As a prosecutor she's not as dramatic as the other people in her office because she's been through enough to not care about the big and famous roles...and her career is established like that already. She's nicer to defence attorneys than witnesses because her cases are all the small and straight forward ones. An uncooperative witness just adds more to what she's gotta do.

She's been on both sides so she thinks that "In this room, everyone is a person."


Connection to canon characters (if applicable):
Worked under Gregory Edgeworth and then Manfred von Karma. Fond of Miles but they never reached a friendship...he thought she was annoying and then when he grew out of it she knew him when he was really little so it's awkward XD


Brief Background:
She always describes how she ended up working for Gregory as a paralegal as a "happy accident". "Then Greg'll say, 'Tracey, I don't remember hiring you.'" (and she laughs so at least people laugh with her.)

Greg would leave Miles with her at the office if he had to go on a trip and stuff. But before the DL-6 incident, she got sick, so Greg had to take an excited Miles with him to court. Then DL-6 happened and how she wasn't there to prevent Miles from experiencing that would haunt her for the rest of her life...

Shigaraki kept annoying her about the Edgeworth Law Office so that didn't help her feelings. She was pretty much fed up by the time she passed the bar exam and went to work as a prosecutor. Von Karma has a bunch of people who take the small and low publicity cases he doesn't want to do (but wants the credit for) and when an opportunity showed up she joined them.

When she was there she ended up getting married so now she has real kids to deal with. Part of the reason she joined the von Karmas was so she could watch over Miles growing up from afar...but it wasn't her entire motivation XD



Random:

It's cool when old stuff between the older characters become relevant to the new characters but maybe a prosecutor can just be a new character and let the past lie? XD
Since this is a comp about eras I tried to match the generational art styles development...designing prosecutors and unquirky people designs is a tough one.
